You are our first priority - that’s why we want to keep you up to date on changes to the way we work, how we’re prioritizing your needs and those of our therapists. We have been working hard in the salon to welcome you back!
The changes we have made so far:
The salon will operate for pre-booked appointments only. No walk -in clients will be accepted.
The salon has had a deep clean and lots of equipment and tools have been replaced.
We will only have 2 therapists working at any one time to start with.
Where possible, treatments should be paid for by card, rather than cash.
Our reception desk now has a perspex screen. This operates as a clear shield between us.
Clients will be asked to hand sanitise before treatment commences.
We have a thorough cleaning regime of tools and equipment between each appointment.
Consumables will be replaced between each appointment.
Therapists will be wearing a face mask'shield (where appropriate), gloves and disposable apron which will be changed for each client.
Therapists will wash their hands before and after each treatment.
The nail bars now have perspex screens and clients will sit further apart.
The pedicure chairs have been recovered with a wipe-able fabric as have all soft furnishings.
All treatment beds have a wipe clean couch cover.
The magazines from the waiting area have been removed and refreshments will no longer be offered to minimise the chances of cross contamination.
Social distancing means fewer clients at any one time. Please bear with us and arrive on time for your appointment.
We would ask that if you or someone in our household is displaying symptoms or has a cough or cold, please do not come to your appointment. During this time, please give 48 hours notice of cancellation to allow us to reallocate your appointment to another client.
